Adam Karasch

Chief Executive Officer

Adam Karasch's credentials reflects an extensive background in business process and analysis and he embodies pure entrepreneurial spirit. He is a well established investment manager with a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector and previously, nearly a decade in commercial real estate. In 2009, Mr. Karasch founded the successful a renewable energy investment company which he has co-owned and managed as President of the Board since its inception.  Concurrent to that success, Mr. Karasch has also been leading the restructuring and expansion efforts for his family business, Karas Enterprises and Karasch & Associates. As a result of his leadership as a Board Member, Karas Enterprises has successfully restructured its management and sales teams and shown tangible growth results year-on-year. The company is now realizing an ambitious vision for future growth including innovative technological platforms, strategic partnerships and acquisitions throughout the country.


Henry Karasch

Founder and Board Member 

Henry is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Karasch & Associates. He is a holder of the coveted Award of Merit and is also a Certified Shorthand Reporter in the State of Delaware. He has worked as an Official Court Reporter in the County Court in Rochester NY, Federal Court in Wilmington DE and the Court of Common Pleas in Chester County PA. He is a current member of the National Court Reporters Association and the Pennsylvania Court Reporters Association.

Henry has held positions as the District Director of PA Court Reporters, the Chairman of the Alternate Technologies Task Force and the President of the Greater West Chester Rotary Club. For the past 20 years, he has been an Advisory Board Member of the Orleans Technical Institute, formerly known as the Court Reporting Institute of Philadelphia. He has also been a guest speaker and seminar presenter for PA Court Reporters Association and was the First reporter to use CAT software in Chester County.


Linda Karasch

Chief Financial Officer and Owner

After a short career with the FBI, Linda co-founded Karasch & Associates with her husband Henry Karasch. Karasch & Associates was the first litigation support company in Chester County Pennsylvania and successfully introduced legal video integration capabilities to the Chester County Bar Association. Today, Linda is majority owner, president and CEO of this diverse company.

In addition to being a member of several Chambers of Business and Industry, Linda has also served on the Board and as the President of The Philadelphia Chapter of The National Association of Women Business Owners and The Institute for Children & Families. She has also served on the Board of the Pennsylvania Legal Secretary's Association, and was one of the founding members of the Legal Support Staff Association in Berks County.

Currently she oversees strategic planning, marketing, financial analysis and sales development for Karasch.

Senior Management

Dawn Simpson

Vice President, Operations

Dawn Simpson has worked with Karasch since 1995. Beginning in the scheduling department, Ms. Simpson successfully connected with numerous captioners throughout the world to help build the highly successful Karasch captioning team. She created and instituted our captioner testing program and provides insight and guidance to the entire captioning department. She has recently been promoted to Vice President, Operations and oversees the day to day operations of the company. Ms. Simpson is a current member of The National Court Reporters Association.

Eric Roberts

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Eric Roberts is a sales and marketing veteran with a solid record of achievement in sales management, strategic marketing and technology development. He has enjoyed more than two decades of accomplishments with publishing enterprises on a national basis and now brings his experience to the marketplaces that we proudly serve. He has also been a leader in media channels that include: digital printing, studio photography, video production and website development. Mr. Roberts earned his Bachelors Degree in media studies and marketing from Arizona State University.

Audrey Greco

Vice President, Business Development

Audrey Greco has worked with Karasch for over 20 years, starting in 1994 with the court reporting and legal video departments. In 1999 the need for captioning services began to emerge and Ms. Greco began the captioning division of the company. Since that time, the captioning team has grown to become a strong and highly successful division within the company. Ms. Greco is also a member of The National Court Reporters Association and is an invited speaker for many Deaf and Hard of Hearing organizations.

Fred Gasser

Technical Services Manager

Fred Gasser has worked with Karasch & Associates since July of 2002. His expertise in computer technology, video production, court reporting and captioning software is a strength of Karasch & Associates. Mr. Gasser has provided his expertise in CART from ordering equipment and setting up classroom connections for remote CART to coordinating with internet web cast providers and real-time captioners. Because of his extensive video production experience and knowledge of line 21 encoding, Mr. Gasser oversees the entire production area of captioning for off-line, remote, on-site and web-casts.

Ed Sarkissian

Sales Manager

Edward Sarkissian brings thirty years of diverse business experience with skills and knowledge that contribute to the success and growth of our clients.  Mr. Sarkissian has held positions in sales, marketing, operations, and ownership with companies both private and public ranging in size and volume from small family owned firms to national fortune 500 corporations.  All throughout, he has always lived by the simple notion that meeting customer needs is priority one and that there is always a way to meet them.  In addition to his experience, Mr. Sarkissian holds both a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Natalie Burns

Team Lead, Accessibility and Litigation Support Services 

Natalie Burns is the Lead on our two largest business units, Accessibility Support and Litigation Support Services. She has been with the company since 2012. Ms. Burns studied business and entrepreneurship for many years and comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. She enjoys helping those in the Deaf and HoH community and traveling to events to oversee set up and provide technical support.  She also enjoys educating colleges and other businesses on the importance of captioning to those in the community.

Debbie Kusy

Team Lead, SSA

As SSA Team Lead Coordinator since 2011, Debbie Kusy has enjoyed traveling and meeting the personnel at the various SSA offices.  Overseeing the entire SSA Department, Ms. Kusy manages all facets of the department for every Region.  Training new VHR’s and providing VHR service herself, Ms. Kusy is a seasoned VHR, responsible for personally providing service for over 10,000 hearings to date. As a life long resident of Parkesburg, PA, Ms. Kusy has served on the Board of Directors of the Cat Fancier’s Association for eight years.  She has bred and shown pedigree cats since 1978.  Additionally, she enjoys thoroughbred horse racing.

Tracey Randolph

Team Lead, SetGo

Tracey Randolph is Team Lead for SetGo Scheduling and also manages Accounts Receivable for the company. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Global Business Management and has a solid background in event management, sales, marketing and finance. Ms. Randolph has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and always looks for ways to raise the bar, for herself and for Karasch and Associates. In her spare time, Ms. Randolph enjoys gardening and serves as a Board Member of Urban Seeds, a non-profit organization that promotes self improvement, economic development and financial stability in underserved communities.
